I'm healing through a holistic therapy of " life skills and education and spirituality and relationships and work."My clubhouse, Fountain House Clubhouse, helped me get a very good gym membership at a NYC gym and working out with professional and amateur athletes and weekend warriors I learned a secret diet coupled to what I learned in the hospitals and lots of cocoanut water/water,no soda or fruit juice, lots of fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains, pasta, rice, potatos,fish/seafood, halal chicken, Italian/Indian spices, and pure pork and hardly any red meat with eggs,chocolate, tea, milk ,coffee, olive oil/canola oil,natural popcorn, and fasting to detox. And hardly any junk food but delicious healthy food.And treating one's self to fun food 1x a week.And my therapist Dr. Inwood said I can drink a little wine/beer with bread and butter and olive oil.
