Diagnosed With Depression? You’re Probably Not!

Going to an MD or Psych or psychologist is like seeing a drug pusher these days.

If you are old enough to remember what it was like getting a check up and getting some tests run before a doctor wrote a prescription, you know something is wrong at the doctor’s office.

If you’re younger, you probably think that doctors or psychs have special powers of observation and they can look into your brain or body without a blood test, biochemical test, hormone check, or allergy test. If you believe that you just got conned.

Depression? Probably Not

Have you been experiencing any of these symptoms?

Fatigue

Weight gain or weight loss

Memory, mental disturbance or mental impairment

Decreased concentration

Depression

Nervousness or irritability

Heat intolerance, sweating

Tremors

Sleep problems

Most of you who have been taking psych meds from your doctor or psych or been on the online forums designed to assist people suffering from depression will be familiar with the list of symptoms associated with depression.

Guess what? The above symptoms aren’t symptoms of depression!

The above symptoms are indicators of an improperly acting thyroid gland or Hypothalamus, Pituitary and adrenaline axis. All the above symptoms indicate thyroid problems. If you thought you were depressed, you’ve probably got a drug pusher for a doctor. Sorry for not being polite.

Stopping Anti-depressants

Be very cautious and alert if attempting to stop taking anti-depressants. Minimally ask the pharmacist for the insert listing the effects of stopping anti-depressant usage. Find a doctor who knows something about helping people off of anti-depressants and how to actually practice medicine.

You’ll probably have to go to a Naturopathic doctor to withdraw from anti-depressants.
