I was on the program for 2 years. I was on 125mgs but then for financial reasons was brought down 5mgs every day till I was done. I'm doing ok but I know I would be doing much better if could sleep more than 15 minutes every 6 hours. I don't want to trade one drug for another so my questions are, what can help me sleep?
