Addiction & dependence to Klonopin will produce some of the most difficult side effects and withdrawal symptoms if not properly cured in a specialized Klonopin rehab center.
“people on Klonopin will get sick, physically sick, and suffer from other mental trauma if they don’t take their Klonopin DAILY”. Psychotropic drugs like Klonopin are the most addictive drugs I know of”
Klonopin Rehab Centers
People withdrawing from Klonopin or who are addicted to Klonopin and want to end their dependence will often need specialized Klonopin rehab centers to help end their addiction.
Warning: Klonopin Rehabs Not Same
Klonopin rehab centers are not the same, not even close. Many Klonopin or pharmaceutical rehab & detox centers specializing in Klonopin rehab only switch scripts and put you on different drugs after detox. One caller who went to a very prestigious medical detox in Florida went in with a dependency to Klonopin and came out with 3 other drugs now prescribed. He eventually put himself back on Klonopin. So much for celebrity rehabs.
Klonopin Rehab Specialists
A Klonopin rehab center should be a very safe, secure and caring facility. Klonopin rehab is actually a health rehabilitation center that has a scientific approach to ending Klonopin addiction. Ending Klonopin addiction has more to do with finding unresolved physical problems first. Imagine getting healthier and better while in rehab.
Many people on Klonopin don’t realize how sick they’ve become due to taking Klonopin. Klonopin has many side effects.
These Klonopin side effects are properly handled and eliminated at specialized Klonopin rehab & detox centers.
Anxiety (yes, they produce anxiety)
Blurred or double vision
Confusion / Drowsiness
Depression
Fatigue
Hallucinations
Headache
Insomnia (many can’t sleep while withdrawing off Klonopin)
Getting to a proper Klonopin rehab & detox center for help is vital to ending Klonopin dependence. Realize that Klonopin is more emotionally and physically addictive than heroin or cocaine and you’ll begin to understand why specialized Klonopin rehab & detox is the best investment you could make in your well being.
If you’re ready to get help to go to a Klonopin rehab & detox center see the detox and withdrawal program page of drug rehab advisor.
Benzo detox or benzodiazepine detox or withdrawals are best handled with FULL knowledge of what you’re getting into. Reading some of the forums on Klonopin or Ativan detox is like reading the diary of Anne Frank without the positive optimism given by a young girl. Benzo detox requires a full plan and knowledgeable professionals to work with.
Unfortunately, the people best suited to helping you through a benzo detox are not MDs, ER doctors or the family Doctor who got you onto benzos in the first place. The people creating the benzo epidemic are MDs following pharmaceutical rep advices that tell the MDs to sell more benzos.
Benzo Detox Problems
Benzo detox
The biggest problem you need to face right now if you’re taking benzos you may have majordifficulty stopping, even after 3 months or a year of being off benzos you still may be a wreck.
Most benzos were created to ease and relieve anxiety, stress, panics, nervousness etc. Benzos were also created to be the most addictive drugs known.
Imagine a drug that temporarily made a nervous, panic stricken, anxious person feel relaxed, dopey, high, at ease, dull, unaware, calm and accomplished those effects fast. But when the drug wore off 2 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours or several days later, the rebound back into that nervousness, anxiety, panic, depression, worry made the original problem seem less in comparison.
A person taking that benzo for a nervous or anxious problem, even heart tremors, would rush back to their benzos.
Benzo Addiction, Benzo Dependence
Addiction to benzos is similar to a benzo dependence. The only difference is when someone benzo dependent says they want off, they will hit walls, fires and devastating benzo detox effects when attempting to detox from benzodiazepines.
Benzo addiction is a compulsive obsessive desire to escape current reality followed by a feeling of relief or deep satisfaction when the benzos are taken. The benzo addicted person wouldn’t even dream of detoxing from benzos as benzos provide them a place of escape from life fears.
Benzo Detox Without Losing Your Mind
Benzo detox requires specialized knowledge of bio-chemistry and a full understanding how benzodiazepines create long term problems in peoples natural body functions. You probably don’t feel the same anymore and are wondering why. Those are the direct effects of benzo drugs.
Benzos create problems in an individual that parallel Anne Franks heroic closet filled days feeling trapped, in the dark with no where to go but inside oneself. That’s benzo addiction and detox effects.
Escaping the Benzo Detox Trap
Benzo detox needs to be programmed out by someone who is most likely not your MD or family doctor. Even traditional detox centers won’t do a benzo detox correctly. But there are benzo detox specialists who do have decades of success in freeing people from benzos. They focus on long term health and healing and accomplish miracles in weeks or 2 months tops.
Find a proven and successful programs to detox from Klonopin. Why are many people finding Klonopin detox difficult?
Klonopin is a longer lasting / acting benzodiazepine drug than Ativan but not less addictive. Some will even try to convince you to stay on Klonopin for life as their withdrawals were too much for them to bear. Why is Klonopin Detox so difficult?
Klonopin Detox Facts
Klonopin / Benzos
Everyone taking Klonopin knows that benzodiazipine pharmaceuticals work on the gaba receptors. While this is mostly accurate, clonazepam or Klonopin drug manufactures – the pharmaceutical companies that produce these drugs – don’t know how Klonopin works. They also confirm that there is no medical test to determine if Klonopin is even needed or not needed.
I’ve had some clients who were so completely consumed by Klonopin that they asserted that there is no known cure or detox for Klonopin dependence or addiction. These individuals have been overcome by Klonopin addiction and now see no way out of their problems. Also, they’ve probably been told by their pharmaceutically trained MD that they’ve got a ‘disease’ that is ‘incurable’ according to the most recent DSM V, written in part by the pharmaceutical industry.
Klonopin and benzodiazepine drug manufacturers admit that they do not know how Klonopin or benzos work. MDs don’t have medical tests to determine if you even need Klonopin or don’t need it. There is NO medical test to determine if you should have been put on Klonopin in the first place.
MDs, pharmaceutical literature and trade journals will tell you why you and others should stay on Klonopin or benzos indefinitely, for life. They may be either ignorant or simply financially motivated in making these statements.
Klonopin Detox Problems
The bizarre and confusing symptoms of Klonopin, clonazepam or benzodiazepine detox is the underlying, untreated conditions that the Klonopin is covering up. The biggest problems of Klonopin withdrawal are the multiple effects that are hitting the person at the same time as they detox from Klonopin.
A person will have a combination of problems if they’ve been on Klonopin for any length of time. They’ll have more problems if the Klonopin ‘worked’ for them. As the greater the beneficial effects that Klonopin gives, the greater the potential addiction problems the person has when desiring or needing to detox from Klonopin.
Klonopin, clonazepam and benzodiazepines cover up real conditions that should be resolved by people in the real world. Some of the biggest problems people on Klonopin tend to have are social, anxiety or sleep issues. All these have similar sources – they are social discomforts that affect the physical well being of a person. However, the reverse is also true. Chronic stress reactions to taking Klonopin or benzos can physically create sleep and anxiety problems. Yes, you’re getting shafted from both directions.
When a person is taking Klonopin for pain issues the problems become worse. Addiction to Klonopin can really set in deep. Withdrawal pains only accentuate any real pain sitting there. Often a pain level 2 feels like a pain level 9 when going through Klonopin detox. Because people don’t know how to correctly address the underlying problem they will be trapped in a Klonopin dependence or withdrawal for years, if they don’t handle the real problem as well.
Fixing Klonopin Detox Problems
The correct way to fix problems with Klonopin detox is to:
Stop believing everything the doctor or doctors are telling you about staying on Klonopin. You’re probably become hypnotized into believing your doctor — as you usually see doctors when you are in pain, drugged and very suggestible. You’re probably in health trouble because you’ve followed these incomplete and inaccurate diagnosis and advices.
Work with people who are experts in detoxing people from Klonopin, benzodiazepines and other anti-anxiety drugs. Factually, you’ve got other problems which are being blindsided every time you attempt a Klonopin withdrawal plus you’re being kicked in the teeth, stomach actually, when you go into Klonopin detox.
DrugRehabAdvisor has been working with Klonopin, benzo and other pharmaceutical detox centers which have specialized in taking people off of Klonopin for years. Some centers have 20 years success with Klonopin detox.
My experience in helping people off of Klonopin and benzos have all been positive. I have also listened for years to people tell me how awful and impossible Klonopin detox is.
What’s the difference between these two stories?
One knows the truth about Klonopin & Benzo detox and the other suffers from an ignorance of the truth which they believe completely.
Choosing between rehab or drug detox at home is a simple choice if one asks the right questions?
Rehab means going into a program, usually inpatient, to help and assist one put one back into control over ones own behavior, actions and attitudes so that alcohol, drugs or pharmaceuticals aren’t getting in the way of healthy living.
Detox at home is about learning the specifics about how to and where to get the right information, techniques, know how and professional help to comfortably and quickly detox or withdrawal off drugs, alcohol or pills at home.
Deciding between drug or alcohol rehab or detox at home you’ll need to ask yourself some timely and potentially life saving questions.
Deciding Between Rehab or Detox at Home?
Before deciding between going into a rehab program or detoxing at home, realize you’ve already crossed that bridge of drug or alcohol addiction or abuse and your health, well being or life is being threatened a little or a lot. Quit defending or protecting a condition which is notably bad.
A person doesn’t have to be totally out of control, ruined, at rock bottom or other places to want to make a positive change in their lives. Ideally heroic efforts are not required. Going to rehab isn’t jail or surrendering one’s self determination to someone else. Rehab is about returning ones health and control back to the proper owner, that’s you.
Here are the questions to ask of yourself about another or to ask yourself, in the mirror if you will, about going to rehab or staying home for detox.
What’s at cost here? If things continue to go the way they are going, what will be the overall cost in life, well being, family etc?
Who is at stake? One’s self, a valued member of a family or society, a loved one, someone who has abused you or destroyed part of your life?
Who are you living for? If you or another got better, would your life have meaning in your own eyes? (deep and personal question I know – that’s a mirror only question)
Do you know what to do? I mean can you make things happen with your resources, know how, etc?
Should you ask for the help of another? Rehab advice, even getting to rehab can require hours and hours of help. Often the only thing standing in the way of a life of wellness and health is the right guide to get you or another to the next step of going to rehab. That’s a big step.
Are you going to detox at home? You’ll need to get professional and knowledgeable and confident assistance all the way to make it easy. Drugrehabadvisor.com has an drug detox at home program for you to start.
Pharmaceutical drugs are being pushed on Americans & Canadians through the ‘Ask Your Doctor’ pharmaceutical drug advertisements.
Have you been told to ‘Ask your doctor about . . . “. These paid ads which have been driving people into see their doctors are being paid for by pharmaceutical companies. These pharmaceutical drugs can be addictive and result in people needing to withdraw or detox later.
Once a person becomes hooked onto a pharmaceutical they may be using for 6 months to 3 years before needing to detox. Withdrawing or detox at home from drugs can be so difficult that drugrehabadvisor.com had to set up a special at home drug withdrawal program to deal with the demand of people needing special help off of pharmacy pills.
Asking your doctor is another way of getting people to possibly end up on unnecessary drugs and become addicted to pills. Obvious not everyone will have trouble with pharmaceuticals. But prescription dependency has taken over as the #1 most prevalent type of addiction in rehab programs after tobacco and alcohol.
Asking your doctor . . . the proper question should be, have you been eating healthy, exercising regularly, keeping a positive mental outlook and getting proper rest? If you haven’t, you should sort yourself out quickly so you don’t have to see your doctor and possibly end up having drug dependency problem later.

Hi Tibor,
I was planning on emailing you an update this week, things have been hectic between Mitch and work. On a very positive note Mitch is doing incredibly well, thanks in large part to your help, he has been feeling really well since about mid last week, and much as I suspected, his headaches have subsided significantly, and when one does come on it doesn’t seem to last as long. He’s still having some trouble establishing a regular sleep pattern, but is continuing to take the supplements and I’m sure with time that will improve too. He has seen a therapist close to us who specializes in addiction issues, they are contacting WCB to see if they will cover the expense but have agreed to see him at no cost for now.
I want you to know, that without your reassurance and advice I’m not sure either of us could have gotten through this, traditional medicine just does not seem well equipped at all when things go sideways. I will stay in contact and let you know how things progress. Sincere Thanks,
Elizabeth

Do you feel anxious or fearful about detoxing from methadone at home? You’ve already attempted to taper off methadone, just quit, take other drugs and nothing seems to be working.
You’re probably wondering what to take to methadone detox at home, and why people are giving you such bad advice — nothing seems to be working for you. Don’t feel alone. Methadone detox at home is attempted by 1,000s of people every week and many of them know as much as you do.
People who guess about their health, go to forums to learn from people who go to forums, will eventually realize you’re asking the blind and destitute directions of how to get healthy. I’m writing to those of you who are serious about methadone detox at home. What if you could get off methadone, but you could also feel better naturally and feel better off methadone? Would that be worth some time, effort and investment?
Forums consist mostly of people who pretend to be knowledgeable, caring or expert, but don’t have a real job which demonstrates their expert status.
People who are experts have technical and savvy skills which allow them to make a living or at least invest real money and time in their expertise.
The most import things to know about doing an at home methadone detox is to get directions and help from someone who knows how to do it because they’ve helped 100’s of people off methadone. Actually I’ve helped hundreds of people off of methadone and advised close to a 1,000 people off methadone now through all our online, manual and inpatient programs.
So the first thing to do is stop expecting to get anything of any great value on a forum. The real expertise exists in the professional market. But those of you who already understand that will simply know the truth of it. For you, follow the link to begin your detox from methadone at home.
Many people detoxing from methadone at home have called DrugRehabAdvisor.com asking, “How long will it take to detox from methadone? I’ve been detoxing for 2 weeks (or 4 weeks) and I don’t know if I can take it any more.”
People detoxing from methadone at home are using Mickey Mouse strategies for a process that should be done in a precise way. Asking a friend or searching over internet chat groups about how horrible methadone withdrawal is doesn’t help, actually these strategies cause many of the problems associated with a difficult at home withdrawal from methadone.
How to Detox From Methadone Correctly
An at home methadone detox can be done without pain and endless sleeping and backache problems. However, most people who call me are asking: “When is the sleeplessness, backaches, flu, aching bones going to be done with?” They really have not realized that they are NOT correctly doing an at home withdrawal from methadone.
Correctly withdrawing from methadone at home requires a full Methadone detox program done correctly. Then you or a friend wouldn’t have to ask: “How long does a methadone detox take?” Methadone detox shouldn’t involve pain, horrible nights and a zombie like daze due to no sleep.
Pharmaceuticals, especially benzodiazapines like Klonopin, are some of the most difficult drugs to fully beat. That means the heroin, crack and methadone addicts are going to have an easier time detoxing or withdrawing from those drugs than you, if you’re dependent on Klonopin.
I’ve been visiting the dozens of forums of people attempting to get through a Klonopin withdrawal on their own or with no real sensible withdrawal program / plan. It’s heartbreaking – they are going through hell and being tortured for no good reason.
If you have $50 you can make your withdrawal much much smoother. See our at home drug withdrawal on drugrehabadvisor.com
Klonopin Detox at a Detox Center
People wanting to withdraw fully from Klonopin smoothly and be through the detox as quickly as possible, should contact the drugrehabadvisor for help working out the best program for you.
In patient withdrawal and detox centers for Klonopin and other benzodiazapines are not all the same. Some claim wonderful results yet, they really are not expert in benzo withdrawal and detox.
Klonopin detox centers do something more than just withdraw you from benzo’s.
Klonopin Detox
Benzodiazapine detox, including Klonopin, can involve more than a withdrawal taper. There is a great deal of information on the internet and coming from medical advice panels, mostly written by pharmaceutical ghost writers, to slowly taper from benzo’s. While a slow taper is the best you can do when you don’t have any other withdrawal plan to follow, a slow taper is not the best for people in in-patient detox.
Costs of inpatient detox centers make it impractical for a long taper while in a detox center. The solution may mean an at home withdrawal program like that offered on at home drug withdrawal, but there are other options.
Detoxing from Klonopin & Benzo’s
Klonopin and other benzo’s have a long and nasty 1/2 life. Some refer to this 1/2 life the ‘rebound’ effect. A rebound is when a person withdraws from Klonopin and a couple of weeks or months later they get seriously anxious or depressed or can’t relax or get to sleep. That’s a rebound – a return to the detox symptoms all over again.
How do you escape or eliminate the Klonopin rebound?
Benzo’s like Klonopin mess up the entire hormonal and neurotransmitter activity of a person. These benzo residuals stay stored in the brain and fatty tissue and influence the hormones of a person for a long time after withdrawal is over. What does this mean? It means that detox isn’t fully over until you’ve got all those benzo’s out of you, or your body has had an opportunity to get stronger, rebuild internally and fight off the imbalances after withdrawal.
How’s that done? You’ll need to minimally get the at home drug withdrawal program to get the full answer. It took 1 1/2 hours to explain how to withdrawal from benzos. Or, call drugrehabadvisor.com for a description of the different detox programs available. Take a look at ‘detox & withdrawal programs‘ at the top of this website for more details as well.
